Our company recently purchased the new 3 wheel electric fork lift, with charger and the battery watering system.
The battery was not holding a proper charge, the company that sold this lift to us had to send a tech out to our warehouse to adjust the battery settings. This seems to have fixed that issue. Would this be something that should have been completed on that lift before it was delivered to us? The watering system did not come with the warning lite (flashing) to advise the operator the water level was low, is that flashing lite not included on the lift with the watering system. I am confused? Can you please respond?
