These 3-in-1 dock systems feature innovative, hydraulically-activated dock guards that protect machines from damaging closed doors or falling into the drop zone.
Vertical Storing
Vertical-storing dock levelers are designed to fit all applications and facilities that require strict energy efficiency, cleanliness, and improved security. The fixed, vertical design makes pit cleaning and maintenance a breeze. We offer a variety of leveler bridges between the loading dock and trailer bed, available in capacities of 30,000 to 60,000 lbs.

Edge-of-Dock
Available in mechanical and hydraulic models, edge-of-dock levelers are a cost-effective solution for applications that require minimal height variance. A simple pull of a handle, or push of a button, and the leveler will position over the trailer bed for easy positioning and ease of material transfer.
Mechanical models come in 20,000 and 30,000 lb. capacities, while the hydraulic edge-of-dock levelers are rated at a 30,000 lb. capacity. Blue Giant Edge-of-Dock Levelers feature durable, one-piece front and rear hinge pins and deck plates made from 50,000 PSI minimum yield.
